We pulled to the side of the road one day to take pictures of a wild profusion of flowers and met a local bed and breakfast owner taking pictures of her own. This shot was taken not far from where we live on her property.

In the fall of 2005, I went on a tour of Israel, something I've wanted to do for almost twenty years, a dream of a lifetime. The people in town drive by this clock everyday and take little notice. But I suspected that it could be made much more interesting at close range and at an angle. I was pleased by the way it came out. But then, I've always had a love affair with clocks.
